**Job Description:**

The successful candidate should be strategic, yet execution oriented and approach their work in a collaborative and integrated manner. Digital or Financial Center channel experience is highly recommended with a background in strategy, product management and/or project management.

Specific responsibilities of the **Digital Product Consultant** include:

Preparing and delivering communications, training and presentations to the Merrill Edge and Home Loans specialists

Engaging with senior management to garner support for strategic initiatives aligned to the digital appointment roadmap for Merrill Edge and Home Loans

Partnering with Marketing on opportunities to integrate “Schedule an appointment” within the digital space and digital marketing efforts

Working with and providing support to Digital Champions on specific tactics to drive associate and client awareness of digital appointments

Delivering field presentations to financial center associates to educate them about digital appointment capabilities and build skill in utilizing and discussing the digital platforms

Collaborating with multiple lines of business & stakeholders across the enterprise

Working with digital design teams, cross functional and technology partners on solutions to improve the digital appointment scheduling platform for Investments and Home Loans appointments

Producing weekly reporting to assist LOB partners in driving digital appointments and getting specialists set up with appointment availability

**Job Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

5 years proven leadership in a product or project management experience in Digital, Financial Center or Strategy

Proven ability to drive results and execute a project plan, including the ability to uncover new opportunities to drive awareness and usage of the digital appointment functionality

Exceptional presentation skills; ability to persist and deliver results in an environment of competing influences and priorities

Excellent communication [verbal, written, presentation] and networking skills; able to drive consensus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-driven environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines

Exceptional facility with Microsoft Power Point and Office suite, including the ability to produce reporting in Microsoft Excel

Owning the end-to-end execution of the digital appointment roadmap for Merrill Edge and Home Loans

_This role is within the Digital Platform - Digital Adoption & Referrals team. The position focuses on driving digital appointments with the Merrill Edge and Home Loans specialists; partnering with leadership around strategies and tactics to generate digital appointments; supporting financial center associates and leaders, including Digital Champions, in digital appointment efforts; providing digital appointment reporting and support to partners across the franchise._
