We currently have an exciting contract to hire opportunity for a Consumer Loan Fulfillment Representative with one of Sacramento\u2019s growing credit union.\r
The Consumer Loan Fulfillment Representative is responsible for the fulfillment operations for new consumer loan applications originating through the online Consumer Loan Application Center and over the phone. Engages in interactions that ensure Golden 1 members encounter a positive experience beginning from loan application through finalization and funding. This position corresponds effectively and professionally with Golden 1 members via Web messages, e-mail, and phone.\r
\tCross sell Golden 1 products and services effectively.\r
\tConduct member interviews and gather information to satisfy loan conditions in order to determine suitability for loan funding. Prepare loan documents and send to member for signing; prepare approved loans for disbursement to members accordingly.\r
\tPromote and provide education on non-brick and mortar digital delivery systems, including Internet Sales, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.\r
\tMaintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position.\r
\tAudit various operational documents and reports to ensure proper procedural compliance, accuracy and authenticity.\r
\tMeet performance standards comparable to grade level in funded loan and/or e-mail volume, and phone efficiency and sales in a fast-paced environment.\r
\tPerform support functions such as data entry for all members requested transactions, e-mail correspondence, consumer loan fulfillment, audit, call escalations, or other.\r
\tCompose member requested letters.\r
\tComplete Regulatory Training Modules as required.\r
\tPerform other duties as assigned.\r
\tEffective oral and written communication skills required to assist other staff and to constructively follow-up on member inquiries and concerns.\r
\tMust possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, such as financial calculators, personal computer, facsimile machine and telephone.\r
\tProcess reimbursements to member accounts as appropriate with notification based on Regulation Z and E as required.\r
\tUpdate notes and information on all Claims systems; maintain call records and adjustment maintenance information.\r
\tPerform additional duties as necessary to maintain daily operations.\r
