\r\rLincoln Electric Cutting Systems, a subsidiary of Lincoln Electric, is the manufacturing headquarters for both Torchmate® and Vernon Tool® branded product lines. We manufacture CNC plasma cutting machines for two distinct markets: pipe profiling (Vernon Tool), and plate cutting (Torchmate).\rJOB SUMMARY\r\rWe are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Welder to join our team.  Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of skilled mechanical tasks on equipment.  Job tasks include welding, building and repairing custom machines and other duties as assigned.\r\r\r\rJOB DESCRIPTION\r\r\rBuild custom CNC cutting machines and fabricating parts while using mechanical and welding skills\rThe ability to weld and design critical components from scratch\rAbility to learn product software quickly and operate software and CNC machinery proficiently\rOther duties as assigned\r\r\r\r\rBASIC REQUIREMENTS\r\r\rUncompromising attitude toward safety, customer service and quality\rMust have at least 1 to 3 years welding experience\rMIG welding experience required\rAbility to use industrial tools and equipment such as mechanical hand tools, power drills, tap, grinders, drill presses, bench grinders, etc.\rMust be mechanically inclined with ability to read and understand prints and machine specifications\rAbility to use and read measuring equipment (i.e. calipers) within .001”\rMust be computer literate\rCNC knowledge and CAD program skills a plus\rMust be physically able to push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, reach, lift 75 lbs, lift continuous weight and stand/walk on concrete floors for long periods of time\rMust be well-organized\rAbility to work Saturdays and overtime, when necessary\r\r\r\r\rWORKING CONDITIONS\r\r\rManufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, and machinery with moving parts.\r\rQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, protected veteran status or disability.\r\rLincoln Electric is a $2.5B publicly traded company (NASDAQ) with over 10,000 employees around the world.  With operations in over 40 manufacturing locations in 19 countries, we are well positioned to continue this partnership and poised to grow with our customers. \r\rAs a part of that continuing legacy, you will contribute to a new generation of innovation and experience the pride that comes with being part of the solution to the world’s challenges.  It is a great time to be part of the welding industry!\r\rLincoln Electric does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters.  Resumes submitted to any employee(s) of Lincoln Electric without a signed vendor agreement, by the Manager of Recruiting & Training, will become property of Lincoln Electric.  Verbal or written commitments from any other member of Lincoln Electric will not be considered binding terms.  Lincoln Electric will not pay a fee to any third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity through the Recruiting Department.\r\r
