1) Directs carrier drivers upon reporting. Assigns trailers scheduled to be unloaded or loaded at specific times through warehouse management systems. 2) Assists supervisor in resolving discrepancies between production and warehouse concerning inventory counts and other problems encountered.

3) Responsible for resolving any discrepancies between shipper's packing list and quantities received before being entered into warehouse management system.

4) Prepares all documents and physical assignments necessary for shift to perform efficiently and productively on a daily basis.

5) Notifies logistics departments of equipment shortages or other related issues. 6) Complete bill of lading, packing list, seal assignment, and bar code assignments for each order.

7) Cross trains and assists with back up clerks when necessary.

8) Complies with SOPs, GMPs, safety rules and regulations, and departmental procedures.

9) Provides leadership to enhance performance of department and take charge in the absence of the supervisor.

10) Performs other duties as assigned.','!*!1. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

2. Proficient in warehouse management systems and pc environments.

3. Must be able to lift 10-50lbs.

4. Must be able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.

5. Must be able to work overtime as required.

6. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

7. High school diploma or equivalent required, AA preferred.

8. 3-5 years of warehouse and/ or technical office experience.
