Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities for the Vision Lab Customer Service Supervisor are as follows:Coordinate and supervise daily / weekly / monthly activities with your team membersSet priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are metCoordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.Identify and resolve operational problemsConsistently provide coaching / feedback to your team membersResponsible for team developmentOther duties as assigned Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDMust be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMProficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)5 years of customer service experience1 years of experience as a supervisor and / or team leadExperience with any call center management tool such as VCCPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual in English & SpanishCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
