Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must hold teaching qualifications at the secondary level. A post graduate degree in education or school administration is an advantage

• A minimum five years of successful teaching and two years in a middle management post

• Evidence of successful curriculum leadership and development

• Have demonstrated the leadership qualities, personal characteristics and communication skills necessary for working effectively with students, staff, parents, management teams, and the community

• Ability to promote the school’s aims, objectives, core values and policies and a commitment to the ethos of the Foundation

• Ability to motivate staff
