Position Overview:

2 positions available - East Coast and West Coast

RELOCATION - None

TRAVEL - 40-50% depending on location

The Foodservice & On-Premise Vice President Sales is responsible for the delivery of short and long term plans aligned to System objectives that drives revenue, incidence, transactions and share.

1. Co-Develop overall FSOP Vision, current & multi-year strategies to deliver consistent revenue, margin, transaction/incidence and value share growth across CCNA and its supporting bottlers. Strategies should address customer, company and bottler objectives across Foodservice, Education, at Work, Wholesale, Vending, and all other current and emerging channels within this $4.2B sector.

2. Develop and deploy critical to success operating solutions that enable CCNA and bottlers to collaboratively deliver improved services and KO beverage advantage across FSOP. Examples include LMP/Freestyle execution, new Route to Market alternatives, CDE & customer technology ideas, eCommerce requirements & priorities, Sales effectiveness & technology improvements, breakthrough capital and cost to serve reductions, RED execution for FSOP, Boost Zones, segmented sales coverage models, outlet profit tools, etc.

3. Lead the execution and alignment with Bottlers of FSOP business Innovation through the development of system tools and technologies inclusive of all FSOP customers and platforms. Examples: Route to Market innovation, Sales tools, Cold Drink equipment enhancements / new solutions, Vending Innovation, Frontline outlet analytics / tools, Customer execution and RED improvement, cost to serve reduction, myCoke,com, and future OP product / pack requirements.

4. Interact with bottler owners, Presidents, General Managers and FSOP VP's to shape FSOP priorities and agree on investments across the FSOP system. Influence partner CCNA functions (Category, Marketing, RGM, Franchise, and NFSOP) to shape the most powerful FSOP solutions & levers to drive growth. Collect & redeploy international IC best practices.

5. Develop FSOP talent to deliver future business needs and leadership of the FSOP channel.

Function Specific Activities:

The VP Sales - On Premise Leader is a highly influential and strategic role that leads the most critical enabling solutions to grow revenue and margin in this critical to recruitment beverage channel.

Primary Responsibility

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.

Co-Develop with key Bottlers current & multi-year strategies to deliver consistent revenue, margin, transaction/incidence and value share growth across CCNA. Deliver accelerated growth in all OP forms (B/c, Post Mix etc.)

Lead franchise managers to execute in year am multi-year business solutions. Drive OP Manager Capability building across all OP disciplines

Execute FSOP business Innovation through the development of system tools and technologies inclusive of all FSOP customers and platforms.

Interact with bottler owners, OU Presidents, General Managers and FSOP VP's to shape FSOP priorities and agree on investments across the FSOP system.

Develop FSOP talent to deliver future business needs and leadership of the FSOP channel.

Education

Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree

Preferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree

Experience

Minimum Required:

10-15 years' experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry

Strong knowledge of Foodservice/On Premise channels

Held positions leading Commercial, Sales and Operations roles

Proven track record of delivering material business results

Preferred Level:

15-20 years' experience

Deep bottler FSOP experience and other CCNA or international KO Commercial leadership experience

Specialized Technical Skills

Minimum Required:

Deep knowledge of US FSOP sales bundle and bottler tools

Deep Knowledge of KO system and business knowledge across functions

Preferred Level:

Experience leading FSOP across different bottlers, business units or sectors of TCCC system.
