Information Technology at Abercrombie & Fitch is fundamental to designing, sourcing, developing, and delivering fashion forward merchandise to our customers. We are committed to implementing new strategic and systematic approaches to generate dynamic technology solutions for our growing business. This individual will be part of a group of Systems professionals responsible for Enterprise Collaboration across the globe. The Enterprise Collaboration team is responsible for design, implementation, and support of our Unified Communications, Office 365, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. This individual’s primary focus will be Unified Communications project delivery and support. In addition, this individual must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of simultaneously prioritizing, and managing a variety of complex project tasks and support activities in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

3-5 years of Cisco Voice administration in Communications Manager, Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Connection including bulk administration and RTMT

3-5 years of Voice Gateway and Trunking experience including SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, CUBE, ISDN, Codec, Media Gateway and Analog Technologies

3 years of carrier management including circuit ordering, installation and monitoring

Ability to support Audio, Video and Web Conferencing including Cisco WebEx and Skype for Business

Strong knowledge in dial plan design and implementation including E-911

Understanding of VMware virtualization as related to Cisco UCS

UC client support including Jabber, Skype for Business, Spark, WebEx and Finesse

Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts, and experience troubleshooting network issues including QoS concerns

Basic understanding of DNS, firewall, and load balanced environments

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, and logging

Ability to interact with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback

Desire and ability to learn and support new technologies

Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must possess strong organization skills, including a keen attention to detail

Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree required in a related field

What will you need to bring?

Design, implement, and manage day-to-day operations of a UC infrastructure in a global enterprise environment

Plan and document multi-step complex changes and develop disaster recovery procedures

Ability to communicate effectively in all business relationships and various levels of management in a clear and direct manner

Be able to contact and work with vendor support for hardware and/or software problem resolution

Serve as an escalation point for our Level 2 support and Helpdesk teams

Be available for rotating 24/7 on-call support

Additional desired skills

Experience with Contact Center Express including CUCM integration, basic scripting, HA and reporting

Cisco Telepresence including Expressway, MCU, VCS, TMS and other related technologies

Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console

Administration of Cisco IM&P and Prime

Experience with Cisco and Juniper network solutions

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online environment, SMTP mail routing and PowerShell Scripting

Experience with various Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10, Azure, MS Lync and SharePoint in a retail landscape

Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience (AirWatch preferred)

Interest in new technology (mobile applications, video, chat etc.) and staying ahead of technology roadmaps

Cisco, VMware, or Microsoft Certifications are a plus
