is searching for a Transportation Coordinator

in our Hager City, WI

plant. In this role, the Transportation Coordinator will provide logistics support and will be the liaison between Trinity Meyer Utility Structures in Hager City, WI and Trinity Logistics Group Inc (TLG).

We were the first to use steel for tubular transmission poles and full-scale vertical testing, and the first to develop wood-equivalent steel poles. In addition to that, our engineering solutions for voltages up to 765kV are designed with our proprietary software and have been validated through years of comprehensive, full-scale structural testing.

What you'll do:

Schedule outbound loads with TLG

Prepare Bill of Ladings and Packing slips for loads

Prepare Packing slips for scap loads

Contact customers to arrange deliveries and communicate status of shipments

Locate and expedite freight movements of both product and raw materials

Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective freight activities

Participate in daily meetings with TLG

Close out jobs in the system when complete

Provide exemplary customer service.

Perform other related duties as assigned

What you'll need:

3 years minimum of relevant experience (shipping, logistics, dispatch operations)

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of materials, delivery times, logistics management, and plant operations

Effective communication skills
