Job Number: R0028527Training Resource Management AnalystKey Role:Perform research, analysis, and data management updates in support of the client’s division-level support structure, as needed. Integrate the command's training requirements into a resource model that supports the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process. Conduct functional analysis of management and training challenges and constraints and design mathematical equations which offer viable solutions and impacts of alternative courses of action. Provide a periodic training resource analysis report from the analysis of data, system operations, methods, inputs and outputs, and activities to identify gaps in resources, recommend improvements, and coordinate activities to produce a more effective program.\\rBasic Qualifications:-5 years of experience with military unit training, military institutional schoolhouse training, or academic performance for grasping and digesting complex concepts-5 years of experience with military forces under the 1st SFC structure-Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and the PPBE process-TS/SCI clearance-HS diploma or GED\\r​​Additional Qualifications: ​-BA or BS degree preferred\\rClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.We’re an EOE that empowers our people—no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status—to fearlessly drive change.,
