are

seeking

an

engaging,

dynamic

Training

Manager

to

report

to

the

Senior

Manager,

Training

for

our

social

media

content

moderation

delivery

center

in

Tampa,

Florida.

You

will

be

responsible

for

developing Team

Lead

Social

Media

Trainers

onsite

who

delivery

training

to

teams

of

15

social

media

content

moderators,

Team

Leads,

and

Team

Managers.

You

will

not

only

deliver

specific

training

in

a

highly

engaging

interactive

environment,

but

also

monitor

and

assess

the

effectiveness

of

the

training

and

test

the

comprehension

of

the

trainees.

This

position

requires

on-site,

hands-on

presence,

extraordinary public

speaking

skills,

and

the

ability

to

handle

sensitive

and

graphic

content

with

maturity

and

integrity.

Your responsibilities are the following:

Run the delivery of Vendor Training.

Lead the overall training requirements, ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and client program training. Flag resource constraints timely to allow to align training plans with training resource capacity.

Ensure continuous improvement of Vendor and client program training materials and overall curriculum in close collaboration with client training and outsourcing tram.

Ensure effective knowledge sharing and sign off/approval processes are in place Training between Vendor and client team.

Provide thought leadership to training teams re: process/curriculum and content improvement opportunities.

Define measurement concept for training success to allow vendor to track new hire learning curve.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years experience in an Operations environment and training delivery role.

Experience leading a team of 10 Trainers for a minimum of 2 years

1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or contact center environment.

Good knowledge of Quality/Process Improvement techniques

High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and dedication.

Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and social skills.

Good experience excelling in a matrix management environment

Consistent record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results

Real passion for ensuring a world-class support experience for our community

Demonstrate ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and across multiple sites/teams.

Proven success in a start-up and/or fast-growing, continuous training environment.

Flexibility in working in a 24/7, 365 day a week delivery center, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work onsite at 7725 Woodland Center Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33614.
