Test Engineer

The Antenna Center of Excellence (ACOE) has an immediate opening in Norcross, Georgia, USA for a Test Engineer to support a team of test engineers, production technicians and associates for ambient & environmental testing with fault isolation of Honeywell Commercial & Military programs. Responsibilities include following daily work direction and setting priorities to drive execution of Special Test Equipment (STE) / Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) production teams including formal acceptance and qualification testing at the card level and end item level, and supporting Failure Review Board investigations.

Lead Honeywell in Continuing to Provide World-Class Products to Customers Around the World.

Lead by Example by looking for opportunities, as well as identifying risks before they occur.

Drive test program execution and maintain baseline to scope, cost & schedule.

75 Daily, Weekly, Monthly Work Assignments 15 Daily, Weekly, Monthly Program Meetings 10 Cost Account Management - Cost and Schedule Updates

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Some experience in Test Equipment Hardware Design or Test Equipment Software Design or Integration & Test of Products and Team Leadership

WE VALUE

Basic computer skills (Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD is a plus)

Highly Motivated & works well with teams in a Dynamic Environment

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills

Have the ability to multi-task work assignments

Desire to interface with External Customers

Some ability to plan and execute project subtasks in order to meet customer specifications

Some ability to conduct project status and process presentations for leadership and external customers

Experience with NI LabVIEW and Test Stand is a plus

Some technical background and proficient in the design and/or use of test equipment

Some drawing documentation skills

Some ability to lead failure investigations and troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Capable of generating clear and precise technical documentation

Capable of self correcting problems and working independently with minimal work direction

Able to work in a cross-functional, globalized team environment a plus

Experience with active RF Devices including low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers and limiters a plus

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. Exempt Celebrating 100 Years In Aviation
