Driven by innovative products and the power of our brands, the Nike Direct business is expanding and growing. As a territory-based Nike Recruiting Leader for our retail stores throughout the Central Territory, you'll lead and strategically plan your territory's portfolio of work including leadership over an Athlete Talent Attraction Coach (ATAC). You'll work closely with your ATAC to support their business and development goals. Together, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire the most qualified candidates for store leadership positions throughout Nike Brand Experience, Factory, Converse and Hurley stores. You'll utilize a simplified hiring process to engage with HR Managers, multi-store leaders and the stores to hunt, deliver and hire qualified and diverse talent. Working within a team of other retail territory field recruiters you'll leverage our CRM to manage talent to present to hiring managers at the right time, for the right role, for the right compensation.
This opportunity also involves candidate sourcing, resume review, telephone and in person screening of candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the Hiring Manager in selection. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage requisition creation,posting and candidate tracking processes as well as participation on projects for continual improvement.
•.Retail recruitment experience in a visible global brand
• Experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and
assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy
• Leadership experience (either direct or indirect) of retail recruiting teams
• A prowess for sourcing and engaging passive talent in the digital recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or equivalent
• 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years' full cycle recruitment experience in a retail recruiting role, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting diverse talent pools to hiring
managers (developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment,
cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency based
interviewing, and offer negotiation)
• Taleo and Avature expertise strongly preferred
• Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business
with high-volume, non-exempt positions is strongly preferred
• Work experience and an interest in process and project management is preferred
