Our job is to ensure that every hiring manager and candidate has the best experience possible, while employing creative, collaborative recruitment techniques.About the RoleWe're looking for a positive, energetic Recruiting Sourcer and Coordinator, who will unearth talent for all levels of Inventory and Merchandising roles, screen candidates for fit and experience, and schedule interviews. You will employ creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn Recruiter. You will thrive in a lean, fast paced, customer service focused team environment. This is on-site at our San Francisco headquarters located next to Ghirardelli Square, and you will have the freedom to work from home up to 2 days/ week. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSWe're excited about you because...* You have 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, within fast paced, high volume environments.
