Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Telecom Analyst to work on a large scale Voice Over IP Project. This position will be located in Raleigh, NC. This is an on-site position with no telecommute possibilities. This position is part of the Northrop Grumman's ETS Contract with the United States Postal Service, bringing top of the line professional technologists to their teams. We are looking for a true team player who is self-motivator and possesses a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of integrity. This Analyst will compile project data to determine the most efficient processes for the team's success. You will enter data and review results to make process recommendations on an ongoing basis. We are looking for an individual who has experience with large projects in an enterprise environment. Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Compile project data while utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes.

* Evaluate large amounts of data from different sources to develop metrics and actionable summary reports.

* Manage Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) orders for voice service provisioning from end-to-end

* Establish and maintain relationships with team members.

* Coordinate new upgrades and enhancements.

* Manage inventories of devices and services

* Provide guidance to end-users with recommendations and processes.

* Work incident tickets

* Compile project data while utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes.

* Evaluate large amounts of data from different sources to develop metrics and actionable summary reports.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

* BS Degree in related discipline. Two year Degree or additional years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

* Experience in performing performance metrics and analysis of vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports.

* Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets (Formulas and Reports)* Experience with supporting large scale project rollouts.

* Experience with process analysis and working service delivery deployments.

* Must be able to multi task within a large project with strong emphasis on improving and optimizing current processes.

* Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task on projects as needed.

* Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years. Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years

* Bachelor's degree or combination of training and experience

* Experience in building strong and trusting relationships with all stakeholders.

* Experience working as part of a team working on a large project.
