Kelly Services is currently seeking a Technology Program Manager for one of our top clients in Plano, TX.\r
As a Technology Program Manager placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for driving value in large technology initiatives within a matrixed organization comprised of geographically dispersed and varied business and technology stakeholders!\r

Role Summary:\u00a0\r
The Program Manager is a senior level, highly impactful role responsible for driving value in large technology initiatives within a matrixed organization comprised of geographically dispersed and varied business and technology stakeholders. This role shall execute broad strategic efforts and be accountable for technology programs delivery across the company insuring both immediate delivery and sustainable operations capability. This role shall have a focus on delivering integrated programs as an effective and adaptable change leader capable of defining and executing end to end approaches that support the strategic goals of the organization.\u00a0\r

Role Responsibilities:\u00a0\r
\r
\tResponsible for executing all aspects of assigned programs from initiation, through planning and the successful delivery of value for the company.\u00a0\r
\tOversee development of comprehensive program plans that enable achievement of the strategic benefits and success measures set for the program (including business objectives, timelines, and budgets).\u00a0\r
\tDrive day-to-day execution of the overall programs, leading program team meetings to ensure plans remain relevant and are being executed, ensure effective management of stakeholder communications; track and report against objectives and success measures during execution on regularly defined intervals to internal management.\u00a0\r
\tOwn oversight of programs financial planning and management; establishing budgets, tracking actuals to plan and proactively monitoring and reporting variance.\u00a0\r
\tEffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving the pace of delivery, ensuring execution against established baseline schedules while maintaining consistent quality.\u00a0\r
\tInnovate and continuously improve best practices by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into evergreen programs processes and tools for repeatable application on future programs.\u00a0\r
\tDevelop and strengthen relationships across all areas of the company, partnering with sponsoring business stakeholders, functional executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive value-based programs strategy.\u00a0\r
\tProactively partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor and report program health, evaluating, capturing and updating risks while assessing their potential impacts as delivery challenges or issues.\u00a0\r
\tProactively mitigate and/or remediate obstacles to program performance and delivery by applying needed controls and escalating where appropriate.\u00a0\r

Role Requirements:\u00a0\r
\r
\t10 years of increasing and significant responsibility in technology program management roles.\u00a0\r
\tBackground and experience in management consulting or large-scale program management with proven success in driving complex, highly visible, transformation programs with material enterprise impact.\u00a0\r
\tPRINCE2 or PMI certification in project or program management\u00a0\r
\tWorking knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit a strong understanding of program management best practices and ability to quickly build a deep understanding of the company\u2019s current business with an understanding of both cultural and operational perspectives.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit the ability to quickly establish credibility and influence with key stakeholders.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit the ability to work well in a highly collaborative and fluid environment.\u00a0\r
\tStrong management and communication skills to facilitate meetings and articulate complex concepts.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit a bias for data driven-decisions but adaptable to working with incomplete information.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit the ability to proactively track and follow-up with multiple stakeholders, ensure timely deliverables, issues resolution and decision making.\u00a0\r
\tEffective agent for change management with attention to detail and a lens to the overall delivery goals.\u00a0\r
\tStrong program financial management (establishing and tracking financial model and budget).\u00a0\r
\tDemonstrated bias for problem solving, action and urgency with the drive to overcome obstacles.\u00a0\r
\tExhibit a customer-centric view evidenced by excellent collaboration, influencing and communication skills with a foundation built on respect for differing viewpoints.\u00a0\r
\tUp to 25% travel (domestic and international) as required.\r
