sectors. Acts as a resource for

OnBaseÒ projects developing and delivering standard and

customized OnBase end-user and system administrator training.

 

The

successful candidates will direct and oversee: Curriculum analysis; design,

development, implementation, and evaluation of Instructor Led materials, as

well as presentations and technical writing.

The

Technical Training specialist will: Conduct research necessary to develop and

revise training courses, and prepare training products and course materials;

coordinate with multiple customers, both internal and external, regarding the meeting

of training needs; and coordinate and collaborate with SMEs.

Duties

and Responsibilities

Responsible

for activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and

software product training.Conduct

front end analyses, training gap analyses, training systems plan development,

and training project plan development.Responsible

for assessing, designing, and conceptualizing training approaches, objectives,

plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state-of-the-art technologies

related to training.Responsible

for ensuring that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and

cost effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of services and

products.Analyze

training requirements and identify the best training approach, including, but

not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and

performance, and team and unit assessment.Interpret

technical data to develop accurate and effective training.Support

development of specification reports, storyboards, logic flow diagrams, etc. as

required to support lesson design.Evaluate

training course materials; team conducted training sessions, and the materials

and information necessary in the creation of developed training material,

courses, and course documentation, such as computer software, curriculum,

courseware, and training aids.Ensure

product quality and timeliness of efforts.Raise risks to project team members and collaborate to

develop a mitigation strategy when necessary.Participate in process improvement activities to ensure

best practices are leveraged.Maintain continued education in solution features and

updates.Proofread

and edit own work, and work of others, to improve quality, readability,

consistency, and effectiveness of documentation.Work

on additional special projects as needed.Travel

periodically (up to 25%) based on customer and business need.

A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related

field, such as: Technical Education, Management Information Systems,

Information Technology, or Computer Science.

 

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant work experience.Certification in one or more Hyland OnBaseÒ certifications is desired (v.13 or higher) such as:OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA)OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer (OCWE)Experience with explaining and/or teaching technical

subjects to non-technical end user personnel.Experience as a Training Specialist, Program Management

Professional (PMP), Instructional Designer, or similar relevant experience is

desired.Responsible, team oriented individual with excellent oral

and written communications skills and work-ethic; self-starter.Ability to work independently on multiple projects

simultaneously; able to adjust priorities accordingly to complete tasks and

deliver projects on-time.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

required.
