Tech Learning Strategy Manager We are creating something unique and unprecedented: a re-imagined hub for technology learning called Tech College. This is a bold investment in developing our associates and leaders, recruiting top technical and non-technical talent, and continuing to differentiate ourselves in the market.

As a Learning Program Manager within Tech College, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for learning curricula in a highly technical discipline, namely Data and Machine Learning. Together, you'll create

learning experiences that keep Capital One associates on the leading-edge of technology trends and capabilities. Finally, you'll work with operational support teams to facilitate successful curriculum deployment throughout Tech College.

This is a rare opportunity to bring a unique mix of adult learning, human-centered design practices, and technical skills into a role with meaningful impact, solving challenging problems, thinking creatively, and continuously being on the top of your game in a supportive environment where we put the learner first. If this sounds like a compelling opportunity, we would love to meet you!
