Tech Learning Strategy Manager We are creating something unique and unprecedented: a re-imagined hub for technology learning called Tech College. As a Learning Program Manager within Tech College, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for learning curricula in a highly technical discipline, namely Data and Machine Learning. In doing so, you will collaborate with an agile, learner-centered team that designs, develops, and delivers innovative and industry-leading technical curricula with a keen focus on digital learning. As a Learning Program Manager, you will partner directly with the Discipline Director

to gain insights and needs of the business. You'll also use human-centered design practices to conduct upfront learner research in order to develop and maintain a curriculum plan, learner personas, learning objectives, and learner experience maps to identify the blended learning touch points to be created or updated with a Learning Experience Designer and Engineering SME. Together, you'll create

learning experiences that keep Capital One associates on the leading-edge of technology trends and capabilities. Finally, you'll work with operational support teams to facilitate successful curriculum deployment throughout Tech College.

Consult with technical advisors, business partners, and subject matter experts to shape and influence the curriculum strategy and roadmap for a technical subject area

Partner with the Discipline Director to identify business and learner needs across the organization to inform curriculum priorities

Create and manage a discipline curriculum plan, learner personas, learning objectives, and learner experience maps

Work with Learning Experience Designer and Engineering SMEs to design, develop and deploy blended learning touch points in digital, video, audio, mobile, experiential and traditional learning formats.

Manage ongoing processes for curriculum review, maintenance, redesign, rollout, measurement, and reporting, making recommendations for new or updated resources as appropriate

Partner with internal stakeholders to manage vendor partnership portfolio and execute learning marketing and administration tactics

Oversee strategy and design of peer-to-peer subject matter experts that contribute learning assets and teaching for the discipline team.

Manage workload of multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal direction and supervision

Travel as needed (up to 10% at times) to other company locations for meeting and training purposes.

Work collaboratively with on-site and remote team members.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience in technology learning design and development

At least 3 years of experience in corporate learning strategy, design and development

At least 3 years of experience in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree (e.g., Adult Learning, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Design, Educational Technology, or a related field)

5 years of experience in technology learning design and development with a specialization in designing and developing learning for technologists

5 years of experience in curriculum development or learning program management

5 years of experience in corporate learning strategy, design and development

3 years of experience working on an Agile team
