Duties: Assist with execution of work plans and implementation of tax planning projects. Assist and support shareholder and corporate resolutions, and documentation process related to tax planning transactions. Maintain legal entity subsidiary organization chart using internally developed software and oversee formation and liquidation of subsidiaries. Support and manage IRS audits and resulting document requests. Draft intercompany and transactional agreements/documents. Assist and support the integration of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Collaborate and coordinate projects with members of the global tax team, Treasury, Accounting and Legal.
