SummaryWith the current and continued growth of GPC and the competitive pressure to recruit, develop and retain top-talent, there is a need to increase development and administration of Talent Projects in the execution of GPC’s strategic talent initiatives. This role will drive Talent and Learning processes and initiatives, ensuring the Company creates a culture of development and growth resulting in our ability to attract, develop and retain the best people.   A Day in the LifeDrive and/or support the timely and professional execution of projects in the areas of training and development, including: participating in calls with vendors, managing deliverables for timelines, soliciting feedback from the field to ensure programs meet the needs of the subsidiary organizations, communicating about upcoming changes, providing input to suppliers on projects, educating the field on programs and processes, ensure quality of deliverables.  Learn and support the Learning Management System (together with the ESC) to drive acceptance and adoption.Identify and spearhead opportunities for development – both for local employees and online opportunities for employees company-wide. Develop and deliver training – both classroom and online (webex). Make recommendations on future content, including best options for delivery and tracking.Implement designed HR programs and systems to improve processes for employee selection, training, development, career planning, and retention. Provide coaching to field HR on effective utilization of development tools and processes such as performance management, online learning, goal setting, and more.Support the acceptance and growth of online learning platform to increase skills and capabilities and meet development needs of different subsidiary groups.Other duties and projects as assigned based on organizational need.Support quarterly launch of Engagement survey process Qualifications A four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources or business related degree field 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management or Human Resources. Experienced project manager, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Customer focused (internal/external), responsive and creative in designing solutions.  Strong technical skills – ability to quickly learn and navigate through various software programs, including Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other systems (HRIS, ATS, Talent management platform, etc.)Skilled with social media platformsResults focused; a consultative style that builds strong relationships.Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internationallyExcellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills; ability to facilitate across all levels of business.  Able to develop and sustain effective relationships with key people in multiple countries and cultures.Experienced in online course authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline.
