Job Description:As the Talent Scout Manager of Early Career Technology Programs you will help to lead the design, delivery and deployment of effective talent sourcing and solutions as well as programs that facilitate business transformation.\u00a0 Reporting to the Senior Manager, Early In Career you'll play a critical role in T-Mobile's technology and internship programs ensuring we attract and retain diverse talent critical to our competitive advantage in the marketplace.\u00a0 As a change agent, you will help drive the T-Mobile Early In Career talent objectives by partnering with Senior Leaders, HR, Crews and Hiring Managers across the enterprise.What you bring to the tableSpecialized Campus, Technology and Early In Career recruitment knowledge and expertiseAn excellent track record of delivering high quality results in current or prior environmentOrientation towards results and the ability to hold others accountableThe courage and ability to challenge convention to drive better and innovative outcomesA fierce dedication to delighting customers and candidatesAgility, adaptability, flexibility and a bias towards actionStrong Leadership and stakeholder managementResponsibilities:Independently and simultaneously manage multiple, large scale Early In Career programs including but not limited to internships, TechX, Tech X Associates, Cyber Security, Tech Next Scout, as well as ambassadors, alumni and trek programs.Develop business cases to define need and influence acceptance\/adoption of campus and events strategies and initiativesManage and drive the roll out of the summer internship programs as well as the technology EIC programs across Technology in multiple key RBO locationsProvide an exceptional onboarding and off-boarding experience to Interns and Hiring ManagersEnsure a one-of-a-kind and Un-carrier experience for Interns through engaging and impactful activities during the course of the programBe a subject matter expert to Senior Leadership, HR, Crew and Business Stakeholders with the ability to problem solve, design and deliver enterprise-wide campus solutions to meet business needsPartner with the Early In Team to develop and execute campus sourcing strategies to drive the recruitment and conversion of interns and full-time opportunities in alignment with our Diversity & Inclusion strategy.Coordinate, plan and attend recruitment events and sponsorships, drive the interview and selection process as well as the hiring conversion processBuild and maintain relationships with campus and university partners both internal and external to T-MobileCreate and deliver clear, effective and timely program communications to Senior Leaders, HR, Crews, Hiring Managers, employees, candidates, interns and campus partnersServe in a multi-faceted role providing excellent customer service and driving performance against program deliverables and tasksServe as a strong people manager and people leader both formally with direct reports and informally as a peer and colleague across the Early In Career team as well as across HRHelp build and maintain a strong ROB for Early In Career and Technology hiring managers and Leadership\u00a0Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business and\/or related field required5 -7 years of \u00a0experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition function (Campus Recruiting experience preferred)5 years of experience consulting cross-functionally influencing decisions at the executive level, preferably in Technology3-5 years of experience as a direct people manager, leading broad, cross functional teamsProven experience managing and implementing large, complex programs, including identifying, maintaining, and\/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performanceDemonstrated advanced knowledge of and experience with budget management, including experience with financial principles, forecasting techniques, and the ability to analyze and prepare complex budgetary statements.Impeccable attention to detail with excellent prioritization skillsStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).Thrive in a fast pace and high change environmentAbility to travel as neededStrong communication skills and executive presenceEducation High School Diploma\/GED Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED Pre-employment background screen*LI-KH1\u00a0Company Profile:As America's Un-carrier, T-Mobile US, Inc.
