Serve as recruiting experts related to roles that may require foreign national employees, train hiring managers and other team members regarding immigration process and general recruiting practices.\u00a0 Are responsible for creating and enacting sourcing strategies and approaches to support career success for all Employees.\u00a0 Leveraging the employee value proposition, they create and enact sourcing strategies that connect staffing demand to business results.Minimum required:
3 years of hiring and recruitment experience.
Experience processing immigration requisitions and candidates who are foreign nationals.
Proven skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications. Ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity .
Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations
Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong skills in candidate pipeline generation
Experience in recruiting and sourcing methods\u00a0
Education High School Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred
In partnership with Business Leaders, HR Crew members and Immigration Team, complete business necessity documentation for foreign national employees and candidates.
Consults with Hiring Managers at the VP level and below to determine talent requirements for open positions, build effective job descriptions and ensure diverse candidate pools.
Implements sourcing to attract qualified candidates and posts job openings on all appropriate sites for the purposes of advertising and compliance
Screens, documents assessment findings, and presents qualified candidates that meet job requirements.
Collaborates with HR Crew to identify internal talent with sponsorship and helps facilitate career movement.
Works with hiring managers to ensure quality feedback is provided to candidates
Serves as the expert in the areas of recruiting and hiring new employees and helps train managers on Talent Scout related activities
Works with their HR Crew to understand areas where recruiting performance can improve and engages in process improvement efforts to enhance performance
Manages immigration reporting and data tracking requirements for the team in partnership with the Legal Immigration team and tackles needed administrative duties related to Talent Scout work including managing requisitions and overseeing the offer process
Addresses employee immigration-related questions, pointing them to appropriate other resources where needed
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
