Position Summary
This role is responsible for: 1) the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Cabot\u2019s talent management processes and programs as a member of the global talent management team; 2) providing guidance, training, advice and support to Regional and local HR on talent management topics; 3) working with designated business, functional or regional leaders (independently and/or in collaboration with Talent Management Director) to drive the elements of talent management to assure that we continue to attract, engage, develop, and retain the talent we need to meet our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for leading HR Programs and Projects (i.e., Awards for Excellence, HR component of the Corporate Sustainability Report, Employee Engagement Processes, etc.) involving coordination of resources in multiple locations/countries
Support the administration of programs and processes within the HR / Talent Management space (i.e. 360 processes).
Works in collaboration with HR directors to implement and continuously improve the Talent Management processes and programs and activities (i.e. Talent Reviews, ExCo Offsite preparation, Succession Planning, Performance Roundtables, etc.)
Ensures alignment with other talent management practices by working closely with corporate and regional Talent Management team members, thereby reinforcing an integrated and unified approach across the organization.
Assists with and / or leads the design and implementation of new Talent Management processes and programs (e.g., high potential identification and development, competency model development) ensuring that they are carried out effectively, working with and/or supporting HR colleagues to ensure effective implementation and execution of business processes.
Collaborates with peers in Talent Management and across HR on solutions, sharing ideas and providing support where needed.
Provides HR and/or line management with education and transition support regarding newly developed tools, processes and practices.
Consults with the HR community and line management for the assessment of needs and the establishment of priorities.
Facilitates training programs and informational sessions involving employees and management.
Evaluates and recommends external learning development & training providers to ensure alignment with Cabot goals.

Training Design & Delivery: Ability to design and deliver skill based training programs that are based on an understanding of needs and the best format for delivery.
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources/Organizational Development, or other related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
7 years of experience in Human Resources working in talent management; demonstrated project management skills required
Previous experience with multi-site, multi-national, multi-functional organization required
