This position will work closely with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Duties:

Identify and implement sourcing strategies to recruit highly qualified applicants for the Store Support Center

Ensuring Company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed

Source candidates to ensure applicant flow, cost effectiveness, use of internet job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), our Applicant Tracking System (TalentCore) and other resources.

Schedule and attend career fairs, college and university recruitment opportunities and any other events, as needed

Ensure managers are up to date with screening tools, TalentCore access, new hire paperwork, etc.

Partner with outside agencies for temporary to permanent assignments

Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources

Initiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all roles

Facilitate and manage the talent acquisition process which includes initial salary negotiations with candidates, resume submittals to business partners, coordinating interviews, creating and extending offers to candidates, and review and submission of all onboarding documents

Demonstrates ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas and other information

Ability to establish rapport quickly with various groups of people and individuals

Maintains good communication and organizational skills

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

Prior corporate level recruiting experience

High energy

Experience with onboarding systems, preferably Taleo

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skills

Ability to work independently

Internet savvy with strong research skills
