Responsibilities and Qualifications
What are the job duties?

This position recruits for a variety of roles: technicians, sales consultants, management roles, service advisors, administrative roles, etc. 
Contacting, communicating and following up with applicants to identify talent
Build partnerships with technical schools and colleges in the marketplace to build a base of referrals to establish a talent pool
Communicate daily with Corporate Directors, General Managers, Service Directors, Market Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR and Recruiting Manager
Consult with hiring managers weekly on recruiting analytics and how to make the best advertising decisions for ROI
A high volume of sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing candidates for the company
Conduct monthly and weekly training webinars to hiring managers on how to use the ATS
Follow ATS recruiting work-flow processes accordingly as set by recruiting manager
Attend and host career fairs and seminars
Communicate with the HR team to ensure all hires make it through the on-boarding process however, this role is not full cycle
Create creative job templates
Work with social media team to increase and drive engagement with employer branding on multiple channels
Be involved in promoting company programs and educating your market
Travel is required, up to 30%
Office located in Greensboro, NC

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in human resources, business, retail merchandising, marketing or a related field preferred
Automotive experience strongly preferred
Must have 3yrs minimal recruiting experience required
Retail recruiting experience a plus!
Must understand competencies and skill sets of technicians
Must be able to manage a monthly rolling of 30-60 requisitions
Experience using hiring assessments preferred
Great public speaking skills, customer service skills and writing skills
Must have motivation to be successful and be self-driven
Track record of producing creative idea's and executing them to drive business needs
Be able to create and maintain relationships with businesses and employees
Must be familiar with using recruiting systems, iCims, Ultimate Software, ADP
Must have campus recruiting experience
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Bi-lingual is always a plus!
