Job Description Wells Fargo Securities is looking for a talented System Support Analyst with 10 years\u2019 experience; provide production support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and documentation for applications for the Funding and Liquidity Management, Operational Authorizations, Cash Collatreal Management business. In this role the candidate will: work to support processes and applications that will ensure the platform remains resilient and efficient, provide technical support for services operating within the production environment and collaborate with developers and support entities on future enhancements and the development of new applications and product offerings. Candidate will analyze and resolve complex issues in a distributed Windows and Unix platform, often working in close collaboration with fellow team members and peer development and support teams. As a highly technical resource on the Production Support team, the candidate will evaluate and recommend enhancements/changes to existing processes. This candidate will need to have the ability to occasionally work outside traditional business hours including but not limited to weekends and evenings to support patching and application releases. The work location is in the downtown Charlotte North Carolina offices Required Qualifications
6 years of systems support analysis experience
A BS/BA degree or higher
5 years of UNIX experience
5 years of Linux experience
3 years of SQL experience
3 years of Java experience
3 years of C# experience
1 years of Unix Bash shell scripting experience
3 years of Perl or Shell experience
3 years of Autosys experience
3 years of MQ Series Messaging experience
3 years of TIBCO experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications Knowledge of the operational aspects of securities trading, processing, settlement and clearing. Excellent client service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced trading floor environment. Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented working methodology. Job Expectations
