From notifications and websites to custom mobile apps and social media, school leaders have relied on the SchoolMessenger platform since 1999.   Furthermore, our Support Services Technician will be responsible for: Responsible for troubleshooting and providing customer technical support for assigned products and services Troubleshoot and resolve common service requests pertaining to assigned products May troubleshoot and resolve more difficult service requests pertaining to assigned products by enlisting appropriate resources Respond to pages in a timely manner during assigned shift Evaluate customer operations and recommend development of new product features, ensuring continuous quality and customer service','!*!Education High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree from an accredited college or University with major case work in computer science, MIS or a related field preferred Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirementsExperience Minimum one year experience in customer service, telephony, or information technology support requiredTechnical Knowledge Based on departmental need the following may be preferred: Minimum 1 year experience working with Windows operating systems required Minimum 1 year experience working in UNIX operating systems preferred Minimum 1 year experience with SQL queries preferred Minimum 1 year experience with PHP or other programming language preferred Other • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required   West is connecting people and ideas.We are delivering on their potential.We are improving the way we work and live.
