The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the call center team, coordinating LPG movements for LA/MS, and integrating the LPG customer base into the current ECO call center model.  This position will supervise the current call center team, as well as work to integrate the LPG customer service aspect to our existing crude model.  The customer service supervisor will also cover the LA/MS LPG scheduling desk, and interface with plants/customers to ensure load requirements are being satisfied through company drivers and/or contractors.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Supervise, develop and guide a team to ensure accurate calls from operators for the loads to be hauled by the trucking operations.

Perform at a high technical level in providing thorough information and reports.

Develop and lead an empowered team in providing superior business services/support.

Supervise the essential duties and responsibility of the call center operators.

Supervise and maintain a professional working atmosphere within the call center.

Assists field and ECO management in accumulating information as needed to assist customers.

Review and maintain the call center's schedule (12 hr. shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).

Review, maintain and update the call center's procedures.

Lead effort to integrate the LPG trucking order process into the crude call center model

Scheduling LA/MS LPG product deliveries with carriers for wholesale customers.

Working closely with distribution group to ensure that all monthly contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Communicating with various carriers on the delivery of product.

Working with product suppliers to avoid disruptions of service.

Assisting customers, accounting, and the product administration groups in resolving invoicing and any other issues that may arise.','!*! 

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: 

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 1 year experience in an industry related role performing scheduling, contracts, or marketing responsibilities.

Working proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are required.

Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.

Ability to multitask and demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving.

Effective written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels within the organization.

1-2 years of call center experience is preferred.

Oil and gas transportation experience or knowledge is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Strong customer orientation.
