Overview
The Stylist Talent Scout will be someone who is passionate about Regis, the salon industry, and stylists.  The Stylist Talent Scout will be responsible for recruiting across all brands within their geographic market.  This role will serve both corporate and franchise markets to support building a pipeline of talent and hiring stylists and converting candidates to employees
Responsibilities

Performs comprehensive search for qualified candidates via internal databases, social media, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts with other companies and discussions with recruiting vendor(s)
Serves as the recruiting liaison at company sponsored initiatives for college recruitment programs to generate pipeline and convert participants to hires
Support candidates through the recruiting process as the face of Regis, ensuring that each individual has an excellent candidate experience 
Accountable for developing full market pipeline of immediate and future stylists
Ability to spot and hire great talent
The Talent Scout will leverage beauty schools, host technical presentations, attend technical events, cold call competitors and, post jobs to build pipeline and identify candidates
Coordinates technical events for corporate and franchisee stylists (at franchisee\u2019s request) and students at schools annually
Supports and directly works with company owned salon RVPs and franchisees as assigned
Analyzes and reviews dashboard with RVPs to identify areas of opportunity for follow up
Talent Scout has authority to hire for company owned salons.  Will coordinate on-site interviews for qualified applicants for franchises.  Refers qualified candidates to franchise locations
Ensures recruiting collateral is in place and strategically placed schools and salons
Acts as a role model for stylists and represents the Regis brand image
Interacts with company salon ambassadors as needed in market
Coaches franchisees on how to recruit and present to beauty schools
Follow up with candidates from industry events to convert to a company hire or franchisee application

Qualifications

Stylists/Technical Background or able to leverage technical talent
Passionate about working with stylists and students
Well respected and credibility with leaders peers
Located in high density salon market
Drives for results and hiring stylists - Able to convert \u201cactivity\u201d to hires!
Ability to view business broadly, partner with multiple leaders across corporate and franchise salons
On trend, fashion forward, inspiring, \u201celectric,\u201d and infectious energy
Relationship builder \u2013 With Empire leaders and Franchises
Organized to ensure that students/candidates information is captured, followed up, and successfully transitioned to hire
Maturity \u2013 Ability to coach and develop the field on the dashboard and confidence to bring opportunities forward for follow-up (Example: un-actioned iCIMS candidates)
