 SUMMARYJLL is currently seeking two Studio Support Service employees to join our Corporate Solutions team on our client account in Calabasas, Ca.  We’re looking for a proactive administrator who partners with members of our regional leadership team and our client to translate their business requirements into world class business support.  A credible, impactful communicator, he/she operates with a “no surprise” approach. This person has a successful track record of supporting high-performing teams and thrives when held to rigorous performance and administrative standards. Extensive knowledge of leading administrative support and IT applications in document management, presentations and scheduling support functions means that our regional team and client will receive the highest level of administrative support and performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet guest, visitors and employees in our dynamic Studio and provide support for their needs
Respond and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
Work side by side with Studio Team
Cleaning of Studio, mopping, restocking restrooms, laundry, sweeping and dusting
Inventory, restocking of color bar, back bar, towels and supplies
Studio furniture set ups
Special Events
Maintain Café area, pantry and coffee bars
Maintain storage rooms
Trash/recycling
Special Projects
 KEY PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS
Service Oriented: Identifies service needs for each business area through collaboration with the functional owners.
Communication Skills: Communication is always professional, courteous and to the point. Speaks in the client’s language. Clearly sets expectations and defines deliverables when communicating a need for action.
Self-Driven: Able to be informed of target outcome and identify the necessary tasks and process steps to achieve it. Requires minimal supervision.
 EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Support Services
Superior customer service skills to work with individuals within all levels of the organization
