Give Customers What They Want: Partner with internal leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to deliver a world-class customer-centric shopping experience.

Drive New Business: Identify and drive new business opportunities around a variety of products and services that will bring a unique value to our customers and help differentiate our Home offering across Walmart, Jet and Hayneedle.

Create Long-Term Value: Uncover unmet customer needs and leverage the enterprise’s (Walmart, Jet, Hayneedle) unfair advantages to build, manage and grow a robust partner ecosystem for Walmart eCommerce Home.

Operate The Business: Serve as a key member of Walmart eCommerce Home team and facilitate day-to-day interactions between internal teams and partners to ensure we execute on our operating plan to grow our market share, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Strategy: Conduct research, analysis, and develop recommendations on important strategic decisions including identifying and prioritizing the most critical issues facing our business with an eye toward accelerating the growth of our business.

Creates, manages, and executes new feature and product development roadmaps

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in the merchandising/services area and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

Ensures the alignment of multiple cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives

Manages products, services, and operations (for example, store execution, customer service, fulfillment timeliness, service level agreement (SLA) compliance) for assigned business areas

Manages the placement of products and services with drop-ship vendors (DSVs)

Manages the product or service assortment and delivery channels

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
