Role:  Hologic is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) responsible for driving revenue growth in the Breast and Skeletal Health (BSH) Division for a select group of strategically significant Independent Delivery Networks (IDNs). The SAE will build trusted advisor level relationships with C level and executive level decision makers to sell the value of the Hologic BSH portfolio. This role will leverage the unique resources of Hologic (Sales, Clinical, Service, National Accounts) to optimize the customer experience and ensure what Hologic delivers is highly differentiated as compared to competitors in the women’s health space. This is a high profile, high impact role and an opportunity to be part of a team that is transforming Women’s Healthcare.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver Hologic’s revenue targets by developing, implementing and driving long-term selling strategies and business plans

Leverage customer feedback, insights, and other relevant information to develop business plans tailored to meeting the customer’s specific needs, while simultaneously driving revenue and profitability for Hologic

Present and successfully sell Hologic value proposition to relevant customers at all levels

Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers

Share and action market feedback relative to competitive landscape, customer trends and products to inform customers about market opportunities and tie back to Hologic’s ability to deliver on these opportunities.

Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts

Maintain up-to-date customer records relative to all account activity

Drive results through feedback, coaching and influencing others

Set a high bar for accountability and continuously elevate performance

Leverage internal resource team across Clinical, Sales, Service and National Accounts to optimize customer experience.

Qualifications:

Operate with high urgency and laser focus on delivering business objectives (i.e. revenue, portfolio selling solutions, etc.)

Track record of success achieving business results in complex, matrixed, healthcare environments

Demonstrate excellent problem solving and strategic skills – be able to navigate and win with complex customer opportunities

Proven negotiation skills (in capital, device and/or disposable sales cycles)

Proven Executive level selling

High level business and financial acumen

Proven ability to motivate and direct team to meet goals and objectives through influencing behavior and raising the performance bar

Possess strong listening and interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written presentation skills

Strong ability to provide feedback, coaching and development

Education:

Bachelor's degree

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Since this position requires you to drive extensively during the work day a valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory. Overnight travel required 50-75%.
