Stock AdministratorElectronic Arts Inc. - Redwood City, CA
Electronic Arts Inc. is seeking an entry level Stock Administrator to work with a talented equity team to administer our global equity compensation programs including stock options, restricted stock and employee stock purchase plans. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills, someone who is comfortable with numbers/spreadsheets and shows a strong interest to learn about equity administration.
+ Responsible for the day-to-day administration of our equity incentive plans for U.S. and international participants in over 30 countries worldwide.
+ Accurate and timely processing of employee stock option exercises, employee terminations and participant account updates.
+ Assist in the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) globally with semi-annual enrollment and purchases.
+ Assist in global mobility tracking and RSU release processing.
+ Assist in compiling various reports to provide accurate equity reporting to our key business partners including payroll, accounting, tax and mobility teams.
+ Maintain integrity of data in Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform. Perform periodic review and reconciliations of equity transactions and participant data to maintain high level of accuracy and data integrity.
+ Employee communication and education including presentations, addressing employee inquiries, creating training/educational materials and maintaining the internal stock administration portal.
+ Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and business partners.
+ Assist efforts to implement and improve processes related to stock administration including implementing automated solutions.
+ Cross train with other team members in all aspects of the stock administration function.
+ BA / BS in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
+ Self-motivated to learn more about equity administration and motivated to take courses/training to increase relevant knowledge and skill sets.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as data integrity is our first priority.
+ Ability to work independently and apply analytical and problem solving skills to deliver excellent results.
+ Capacity to be a flexible & adapt to shifting priorities and be a collaborative team player.
+ Ability to communicate with employees of all levels and explain stock option, RSU and ESPP information.
+ Basic command of Microsoft Excel including vlook-ups and basic formulas (Excel testing will be required).
