Overview:

The scope of this responsibility encompasses all

Shaw Sales Compensation Plans which are calculated and paid in the Sales

Compensation Department. In this role, the Sr Sales Compensation Analyst will

lead the day to day functions of the Sales Compensation Specialists, acting as

the administrative expert for the Sales Commission team. Lead small scale

projects through analyzing and modeling commission plans and what if scenarios.

With the support of the Sales Compensation Manager and Systems Manager, prioritize

and document projects and proposals. Research and investigate inquiries and

issues as they arise. Prepare training for specific audiences. Recommend

process improvement and best practice implementations.

 

Responsibilities:

Train

and lead the Sales Compensation Specialist in their day to day activities by

removing obstacles and promoting customer satisfaction. Act as a back-up when

needed.Actively

support the development and implementation of new applications that help achieve

the business objectives in compliance with regulatory requirements.In

conjunction with the Sales Compensation Manager and Systems Manager, ensure

project deliverables are on track to be completed on time, and within quality

specifications as defined by the business.Support

the Systems Manager in the shared projects with IS, outside vendors, and

Compensation Developers by gathering business requirements for design,

implementation, and training.Analyze,

transform, and compare large volumes of data for commission plan modeling and

researching of inquiries determining trends and root causes.Actively

seek and make recommendations for process improvements related to manual and

system enhancements.Lead

small scale and short term projects through analyzing and modeling commission

plans and data as directed by the Sales Compensation Manager.Participate

on cross functional teams with Sales and Compensation to represent the Sales

Commission Team.
