As a Sr. Manager - Paid Search/SEM you'll take the lead as you…Plan and manage Paid Search/SEM and Shopping campaigns to maximize traffic, sales and loyalty through strategy development, campaign execution, management and reportingConduct ongoing analysis/reporting to measure performance and drive strategy and discussionsTest and research new technologies, data and media channelsCollaborate with other program managers to support enterprise business objectivesPartner with major search vendors to drive innovative solutions through targeting, testing, segmentation and reportingPartner across media, marketing and merchandising to ensure plan and execution alignmentRequirements4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience5 years’ experience in SEO/SEM is requiredStrong analytical skills including campaign performance analysis and web analyticsAdvanced computer skills, including proven experience in Excel (including, but not limited to, pivot tables)Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to peers and stake holdersAbility to manage and consume large amounts of data via relationship database structures and synthesize into meaningful insightsSolid understanding of testing, segmentation and reporting processesComfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt project plans and tasks to changesUp to date on Paid Search space, with knowledge of retail strategies/tacticsPassionate about the digital space, specifically SEO/SEMCreative problem solving skills
