Sr Program Manager/Manager, Patient Services

Reporting to the Director, Patient Services, this position functions as a Marketing and Brand Liaison for Patient Services. This position is responsible for operationalizing Brand and Marketing activities, providing insight into Patient Services Capabilities as well as communicating out various Marketing and Brand programs. This position will drive collaboration within internal PS functions to ensure cross-functional alignment of objectives, strategies and tactics connected to the Brand and Marketing programs. This position will regularly interact and collaborate with leaders of Patient Services and other departments including sales, marketing, drug safety, and IT to align business initiatives and support results across Biogen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Marketing and Brand teams with a single point of contact within Patient Services to partner with on cross-departmental initiatives and executes on cross-functional objectives, strategies, and tactics.

• Partner with external stakeholders to represent PS in cross-functional strategic and tactical planning meetings, and initiatives and promotes cross-functional alignment of objectives, strategies, and tactics.

• Lead external communication on program implementation and evaluation and communicate with the right internal parties regarding larger business priorities. Act as PS representative during Brand Planning (IPPP) sessions.

• Support Internal Operations leadership to meet Divisional objectives.

• Represent Patient Services in hosting PS101 to external contacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' industry experience, internal Patient Services or other Biogen U.S. Commercial experience is an asset

• Previous call center experience, preferred

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style according to demands of the audience; ability to cascade communications appropriately and present to large audiences

• Strong analytical, project management, process flow, problem solving, customer relationship, organizational, conflict resolution, presentation and leadership skills

• Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills

• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Business Objects

• Prior related industry experience is highly preferred
