Senior Marketing Manager GeForce, Global Social Media

We are looking for a marketing leader, social media expert, and PC gamer to help us realize the full potential of a large and growing social media presence for one of the gaming industrys premier brands and most loyal and engaged communities: GeForce.

As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader within of NVIDIA Global Consumer Marketing team, leading a team of direct reports, and working cross-functionally to program, lead, and source content for our channels. Your goal will be to tell stories that engage & delight millions of gamers, commanding their attention with great content, and cultivating their affinity and dedication to GeForce.

Pioneer new & growing areas of social media from platforms to live-streaming opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Lead a team to program & manage our global social channels

Drive our annual planning process for social

Develop global objectives & strategies and initiatives to drive channel engagement & growth

Set & monitor targets, and related campaign metrics

Partner with our Creative team to deliver compelling global assets

Partner with our Digital Marketing Organization to adapt our tools & analytics to drive effectiveness

Manage global reporting standards, processes & timeliness, using Sprinklr & Zignal tools

Work cross functionally, and with regional leads to uncover & share insights

Identify trends, changes in the social landscape and adapt our approach to take advantage

Participate in and sometimes lead weekly meetings to track campaign & asset status

Connect weekly syncs with our regional social leads in EMEAI, APAC, and China

What we need to see:

Minimum of 10 years marketing/social media management experience

Bachelors Degree required

Deep experience in a social media role

A passion for PC gaming, and ideally gaming hardware, new technology, games, and esports.

Strong project/people management skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize workload

Ability to work to meet tight timelines and schedules

Enjoys interacting with and influencing diverse groups within marketing, including cross-functional peers

Globally minded & enjoys working with people around the world

Excellent written and verbal communications

You're a highly-motivated, experienced social media leader with a creative, entrepreneurial spirit, and track record of building & running successful channels for a well-known gaming, technology or lifestyle consumer brand. Ideally, you have worked on a brand with a bit of an edge that serves a passionate and demanding community.

Track record working on a variety of successful social media campaigns, various types of content, and have extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to develop strong copy & assets that resonate.

You'll have taken things from ideation through execution, but also have experience managing others.

Lastly, you are comfortable with running experiments, have hands on experience with tools for analysis, and are a veteran of setting, reviewing and reporting critical metrics.

This is a global role, so you should be comfortable and adept at both leading the global channel, and also connecting with regional counterparts to develop plans, assets and guidance.

You will have an opportunity to periodically attend and cover shows.
