This hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing, business development and communications strategies focused on increasing market share and revenues across key JLL businesses in Silicon Valley and Northern California.  What this job involves
Assist in the development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing director, senior marketing manager and business line leads
Play a role in the creative processes and execution of these strategies and activities (these may include pitch presentations, proposals, brochure development, direct mail campaigns, PR and internal communications)
Design, implement and track marketing plans, including relevant timelines, objectives, marketing elements and resources
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients
Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods required for the production of quality work product
Serve as a collaborative and productive contributor to the regional marketing group
Create highly polished new business presentations and proposals that differentiate JLL from the competition.
Develop customized design solutions to reinforce key sales messaging at the new business pursuit level
Drive improved pitch and proposal results by tracking win/loss outcomes and adjusting approach as needed
Explore unique presentation tools and techniques to enhance the competitive position
Influence presentation story structure and visual engagement methods to differentiate at the point of sale
Maintain library of completed pitches and proposals and baseline in printed and electronic formats
Research and implement technology to differentiate JLL – develop and optimize content for these channels
Oversee the market’s presence at local industry and business/prospecting opportunities, including sponsoring events when appropriate
Conceptualize, coordinate and execute internal and external client events, produce associated planning tools and deliverables and measure success against regional client engagement goals
Outstanding project management skills – ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with minimal direction, working within tight deadlines in a team environment
Ability to effectively prioritize projects
Excellent writing, editing, formatting and oral communication skills
Proven ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office products and digital technologies
Basic understanding of  strategic graphic design
Ability to translate complex technical solutions, strategies and themes into easily understandable and compelling copy/presentations
3-5 years of marketing experience
Professional services industry experience preferred – but not required
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, English or a related field
