Raytheon IIS is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be responsible for managing Supply Chain activities for the M2C sub mission area, which includes a large portfolio of programs. The MPM will serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and the programs IPTs. The MPM will create, manage, execute material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP) to ensure program competiveness and performance from the front end of the business through contract closure. Key responsibilities include: supplier management, material forecasting, cost/schedule/quality management, metrics, and supplier assessments, sourcing strategies, international issues, negotiation of software licenses, communication of customer flow through requirements, proposal activities and assisting with contract close out activities. The MPM will provide inputs as needed to the program EAC reviews including supply chain risk and opportunities. The MPM will use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success. Must be a self-starter and someone that is flexible and is able to work independently at a high level of quality, quantity and collaboration. Below is a list of critical tasking that would be required to support program needs relative to this position: Ø Has knowledge of the Enterprise Subcontract Process Excellent (ESPX) Ø Develops and executes material program plans Ø Coordinates cross-functionality with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and others to develop solutions for project challenges Ø Ensures that Risk and Opportunity management plans are developed and executed Ø Participates in program activities throughout the entire program lifecycle, from pre-proposal through contract closure. Supports Program-level gate reviews and Estimates at Completion (EAC) Ø Supplier Schedule/MRP and Critical Path Analysis - identifies tasks critical to SCM and updates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Manages SCM and other IMS tasks to ensure completion to plan. Ø Attends and represents SCM on program Change Control Board (CCB). Collaborates with Operations and SCM functions to validate supplier availability, ability to produce to specification and cost/schedule impact. Ø Reviews the standard SCM Metrics with the PMO and Program IPT's as applicable Requirements: • 4 years or supply chain or related experience ideally in a gov’t contractor environment similar to Raytheon • Must be US Citizen with TS/SCI security clearance • Working knowledge of supply chain and related systems, procurement, receiving, cost estimating, and finance • Proven ability to coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Work, Power Point • Negotiation experience • Familiarity with the Gate review process • Ability to work with a team to meet business challenges Desired Skills: • Strong leadership and initiative skills • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally • EVMS certification • Working knowledge of PRISM Security Clearance: This position requires the successful transfer or maintenance of a Top Secret/SCI security Clearance with the ability to obtain clearance for Special Access Programs. Required Education (including Major): • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Business Administration or similar or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor Degree = 8 years of additional applicable experience). 113718
