To provide financial reporting and analysis to the RTG Sales support teams, field sales personnel and Sales leadership by performing various functions such as creating new and impactful reporting, analyzing current and future reporting strategy, analyzing revenue trends, calculating customer/sales force profitability, comp analysis, process improvement and automation, managing reporting databases and delivering timely, accurate and meaningful analysis.

RTG (Restorative Therapies Group) OVERVIEW

The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.


Prepare and publish daily, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards to the sales management, RTG Sales leadership, sales reps / manager to track key sales metrics

Closely work with regional finance team to provide data and reporting to enable business reviews for key accounts

Serve as key liaison between Sales Finance and IT

Partner up with HR, field and Regional Finance Lead on sales alignments and quota maintenance

Supporting role to the Finance and sales leadership in sales reporting, commissions, forecast accuracy, and quota.

Provide support and insight for GSR (Global Sales Reporting) build and go live

Maintain and consolidated database of compensation, PTQ, sales history and other metrics relevant to performance, dashboards, presentations and quarterly package

Provide historical figures for SFO’s (sales force opportunity) and basic analysis (i.e. trend, comp implication) to support RFL to take basic info/analysis and go deeper as needed

Support RTG annual operating plan process (Rosters, Alignments, Quota)

Support RFLs, Sales team and Management in developing robust, timely, and accurate revenue reporting and analysis

Produce accurate and timely sales awards rankings for Total Rewards team.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize systems tools and reporting.

Prepares ad-hoc reports and analysis as required from various functional areas including Legal, Strategic Sales Operations, Marketing, Quality, BU Finance, Total Rewards, HR, and compensation.

Proactively seeks out area of process improvement

Engage in special projects as assigned



Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

3 years of Financial and/or Contracting experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or, 2 years of Financial and/or Contracting experience with a Master’s Degree

Strong experience and skill level in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Business Objects, and big data.


MBA strongly preferred

Ability to work well under pressure and deliver tough messages aimed at enabling the sales management team and RTG to succeed

Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data

SQL experience

SAP experience
