Acts as company contact in the field with customer and contractor personnel, and at times will be the sole company contact.  Directs regular, special and integrated system test programs. Develops, Prepares and conducts trainings and presentations pertinent to company products and services, field operations or other applications.  Provide mentorship to functional team of Field Service Engineers and Trainers.  Conduct inflight activities, including piloting as required, of customer aircraft and mission systems.  QualificationsEducation and Experience: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science or 15 years equivalent job or military experience10 years engineering experience or experience with target platformsAt least 10 years of experience in the analysis of computer hardware and/or tactical support software required for real time processing associated with Military Mapping Operations.10 Years' Experience in Military EO/IR targeting systems Minimum of 2000 flight hours in customer aircraft.Minimum 5 year experience troubleshooting integrated ForceX, Inc. products or similar productsSecret security clearance requiredJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Ability to train and communicate technical informationCommercial Single Engine Land Pilot License (Biannual Flight Review within last 24 months) Knowledge of standard systems architectureKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of company productsAbility to evaluate the proper and appropriate action and procedures for a certain problem or issue. Ability to troubleshoot system problems to line replaceable unit level People skills, including communication, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationshipsAbility to organize and create lesson plansAbility to travel up to 50%Ability to obtain a security clearance Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist and support in new program startup engineering supportAssist Program Managers and Systems Engineering in understanding platform mission operations and how that affects solution designInstalling equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specificationsIdentify engineering flaws and assist with correctionsTroubleshoot operating errors and deciding what to do about themResolve engineering service callsProvide customer technical supportAssist with training development and training executionAnalyze technical data including spatial data, maps and designs Conduct operator training at customer locationsProvide direct onsite engineering assistance for integration effortsProvide direct onsite engineering assistance for test eventsProvide in-flight test support, including TTPs, engineering, and pilotageConduct operator training at customer locationsConduct system training at integrator/support locationsMay be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned Training Requirements: • Sensor SystemsMilitary Pilot Training Physical Demands: Required to sit for long periods of time.
