The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, care and efficient operation of building, property, and grounds of all facilities used by the organization. This includes: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Concrete, Roofing, Landscaping, Janitorial and related systems. Project management for any new construction, remodeling, repairs, etc. The Sr. Facilities Manager will work closely with Site Leaders across Intelligrated’s operations, a $3.5 billion dollar, 24/7 operation, comprised of 8 factories and approximately 2,000 employees.
Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned facilities.
Manage sanitation, cleaning, office, and production floor
Provides recommendations for facility repairs and improvements.
CapEx responsibility for all facilities within scope
Ensures assigned facilities are ready for regular business and special events.
Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts.
Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement facility budgets for the organization.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Manages contractors, contracts, or Honeywell employees related to facilities
Manages JLL and scope, blend of contract, agency and full time
Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the facilities department.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Can be located near any primary Intelligrated facility
Travel estimated at 50% , depending on location,
YOU MUST HAVE
At least 8 years of demonstrated project or facilities management experience
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the facilities to be maintained.
Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements
Able to sit at a desk, working on a computer, for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
Bachelor’s Degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Business Management. and/or equivalent degree
5 years of experience managing facilities, equipment, and events preferred.
Construction or facilities background
PMP or another professional project management certification
Demonstrated leadership experience with cross functional professionals
In depth experience in production operations, engineering or facilities management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with financial reporting for maintenance and projects
Ability to multitask
Ability to anticipate and mitigate project delivery issues
