We are looking for a full-time Sr. Digital Project Manager that has expertise in Communications & Change Management.  This is a great opportunity for you to expand your

The

Sr. Digital Project Manager/Communication & Change Specialist is

accountable for supporting projects from a change/communications perspective

and/or for managing the total execution of a project including project charter,

communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.

The

Sr. Digital Project Manager will:

Use knowledge of marketing and digital

processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution

of projects.Develop and execute communication strategies. Develop change management and communication plans to support projects.Manage multiple projects concurrently.Significant challenges of this position

are facilitating the team’s creativity and cooperation, clearly communicating the

requirements and tasks while gaining input from the team on refinement of same,

translating both verbal and non-verbal information from the customer to

management and team members.  The Sr. Digital Project Manager acts as a

spokesperson for the team in meetings, with multiple levels of management, and

with the customer.  As Project Manager, he or she must develop strong

internal networks to enable them to obtain resources and cooperation needed,

and remove roadblocks so they can ensure the success of their project team. The

Sr. Digital Project Manager demonstrates advanced knowledge of marketing and

digital approaches/techniques and the ability to handle typical project

issues.  The incumbent should be able to explain conclusions to customers

who have limited knowledge and experience.  The incumbent should be very

strong in areas of personal planning, organization, initiative, and time management.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a four year degree

from an accredited college or university.3 years progressive project management experience

3 years progressive experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)3 years progressive experience in developing and executing communication strategies and plansTop candidates will also have:   1 years experience in project

management tools (Primavera or Microsoft Project or Instantis, etc.)NPI ExperienceSAFe/PMP/Agile/SCRUM certificationsCertified Change Master or Communication

Specialist Self-starter who can come up to speed

quickly. Works with little direction and supervision, makes time for unplanned

assignments, and adaptable to changing prioritiesExcellent planning, and organization

skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify multiple approaches

to problem solving and recommend the best solutionMust have very strong interpersonal

skills including excellent communication skills, strong meeting facilitation

skills, and the ability to influence others without having authority.Must possess extensive knowledge MS

Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)Ability to simultaneously work on

multiple projects of different sizes
