\u003Cp dir=\ltr\\u003E\u003Cfont\u003ETHE OPPORTUNITY\u003C/font\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003EMonitor and communicate activities related to catalog mailings with particular emphasis on customer segmentation (and modeling) in an effort to optimize the catalog distribution process in terms of costs and productivity. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cfont\u003EYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/font\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECatalog Mailing Management\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E* Drive and support Catalog Mailing Strategy for Book Clubs\u003Cbr\u003Eo Support and co-ordinate efforts related to customer segmentation, modelingand scoring as it relates to catalog mailing efficiencies and targeting. \u003Cbr\u003Eo Review and partner with internal and external resources on print estimates and mail plans for all Book Club Offer Catalog Mailings, including segmented tests, roll-outs and other target marketing efforts. \u003Cbr\u003E* Monitor, track and sign-off on kit production and distribution budget for mailed kits, toss-ins, back issues as well as inquiry and adjustment kits \u003Cbr\u003E* Evaluate Catalog Mailing selections and performance by generating, monitoring and distributing reports on kit mailing selections, response rates, orders, revenue, RPKM, RPO and other related metrics. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EModeling \u0026amp; Segmentation\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E* Support any and all efforts related to customer segmentation, product analysis, customer profitability analysis, cluster analysis, profile analysis, modeling/scoring and/or lifetime value analysis. \u003Cbr\u003E* Work with Corporate Statistical Modeling Group to develop and improve customer models and scoring processes in support of new product development and new business prospecting. \u003Cbr\u003E* Work to develop, refine and implement appropriate Customer Segmentation Models to support Book Clubs Marketing efforts. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECatalog Mailing Analysis \u0026amp; Support\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E* Analyze financial implications of proposed changes to mailing plans by developing and interpreting ad-hoc reports and queries \u003Cbr\u003E* Maintain up to date club/offer mail quantities and mail date documentation \u003Cbr\u003E* Provide club/offer mail quantity updates to forecasting model system on an as needed basis \u003Cbr\u003E* Provide marketing database file extracts to support BCOE System Start-up, Toss-in Driver Files and other related needs. \u003Cbr\u003E* Work with internal and external suppliers and provide quality control and sign-off on each aspect of the marketing list generation and tracking process. \u003C/p\u003E
