Sr Capability Strategy Manager Simplification TeamT-Mobile USA, Inc.,(metropcs) - Bellevue, WA
T-Mobile Simplification Organization is responsible for driving new programs, processes and changes to the legacy business model to guide us toward a digitized world by bringing simplification to customers and employees.This role will assist the Future State Enabelment? team to make it easy to become and be a customer and employee by simplifying products, experiences, processes and programs to bring a better experience in an improved cost structure.We are looking for a Sr Capability Strategy Manager to chart T-Mobiles approach to acquiring and managing customers in the years to come. Youll be deep in making it easier to become and be a customer and drive the financial bottom line.The role requires a customer-focused orientation, and the ability to draw on customer research and market trends to make important business decisions. Crucial to decision making is the ability to synthesize multiple objectives, constraints and insights into an understanding of options and trade-offs. Success is heavily dependent on how the enterprise executes on initiatives, so the ability to lead cross-functionally is also key. This position will be responsible for identifying gaps, creating business requirements, assessing Enterprise Value creation and driving change through the business.
Responsibilities Collect and analyze feedback and financial data from customers, stakeholders and other teams to evaluate the current business model Work with partners to define a design strategy that aligns with the end state goal Apply out-of-the box thinking and be willing to take an unconventional approach to creating solutions alongside cross-functional partners Identify key decisions, create and evaluate strong, sufficiently differentiated options, and define and defend your recommendation to leadership Assess and provide feedback on technical requirements and roadmaps created by partners Establish goals and metrics aligned with company-wide strategic goals Steer and drive action across the enterprise Qualifications: Qualifications 3 -5 years of proven exp collecting and analyzing feedback and financial data from customers, stakeholders and other teams to evaluate the current business model 7 years marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. Experience in driving strategy cross-functionally. Experience in analyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performance Strong understanding of voice and data services and products. Ability to perform process reviews across various business functions and apply critical thinking to identify the right process re-engineering, simplification and automation opportunities yielding maximum business benefits Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field. MBA preferred.
