Sr Associate Agile Project Management

ROLE SUMMARY The Business Technology Global Information Security (GIS) team delivers three core capabilities for Pfizer. And GIS strives to broaden the cybersecurity ownership culture across the company through targeted awareness campaigns and empowering colleagues to be risk aware.\u00a0 The GIS Project Management Office (PMO) Sr. Associate will perform key day to day activities within GIS Projects Portfolio of Agile and Waterfall projects. Activities include but are not limited to operating the project execution framework and methodologies critical to ensuring successful project delivery with a focus on projects being completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Sr. Associate will also ensure that compliance and communication requirements are inherent to the project execution. The position will perform this function in partnership with the GIS teams and will work directly for the Portfolio Lead. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the management and delivery of GIS Projects using Agile and\/or traditional Waterfall methodologies Act as Scrum Master for Agile Projects; perform duties such as facilitating scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives etc.) Provide day to day support and guidance on all aspects of PMO activities Partner with GIS Service Quality Team to create KPI of GIS Services and measure them periodically Provide early awareness to GIS Business Operations Team of end-user and internal communications Identify and prioritize cross project dependencies for awareness and escalation Ensure key risks are identified and documented Prepare presentations and communication materials for senior leaders. Maintain GIS annual Projects Plan of Record Ensure all Projects are accurately recorded in GIS Project Tracker Design and develop a GIS PMO playbook encompassing the teams engagement model, operating framework, processes and methodologies Ensure GIS Business Operation Portal is always up to date Work with Service Quality team to create and maintain Portfolio dashboards Work with GIS Finance to track and report project financials Manage ad-hoc projects and other Portfolio tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree required, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Marketing\/Communications a plus Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks, as well as traditional Project Management approaches 3 years of experience in Business Technology Significant experience working with PowerPoint\u00ae and other Microsoft\u00ae office applications Aptitude for quick, creative thinking Acute attention to detail with emphasis on quality Strong time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to drive work forward Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent cross group collaborations skills Ability to challenge, improve and develop existing practices & processes PMP, CSM & ITIL Certifications desired PHYSICAL\/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS This is a desk job NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Standard work schedule & 10% domestic travel required.
