Area ofResponsibilityKey Elements and Essential TasksTime Spent onTaskMarketing Plan StrategyAssists in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including situation analysis, target audiences, objectives, strategies, tactics and budgets.\r
Communication TacticsAssists in the execution of marketing communications tactics, including internal meetings and communications, client conferences and events, white papers and other publications, collateral (print and electronic), capabilities presentations, tradeshow materials, public web site content, intranet content, client communications, direct mail and advertising. Create and update transaction reports, create and track invoices and client payments in concord with financial.\r
Innovation OpportunitiesIdentifies opportunities to bring innovation to existing marketing practices, including social media activities.\r
Customer ServiceIs customer-facing, representing the face of marketing to business leaders as well as clients.\r
Writing/EditingExpense reports and tracking.Writes and edits content for various communication vehicles, including presentations, collateral, internal newsletters, public website, client communication and intranet. Letters of Intent and other documents.\r
Brand RepresentationEnsures that all marketing materials present the Jones Lang LaSalle brand consistentlyand follow corporate graphic standards.\r
Other DutiesAny and all other duties and tasks assigned.\r
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\r
MINIMUM REQUIREDPREFERREDEducation/trainingBachelor’s degree.Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications orMarketing.Years of relevant experienceThree to five years of related experience, with anemphasis on marketing.\r
Skills and knowledgeVery strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.Strong verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong creative skills and knowledge of design and print production and Word Documents.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and InDesign.Understanding of and commitment to clientservice.\r
