Job Description SummarySummary:

The Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement will be responsible for the overall “ownership” of US Region Sales Tools & Systems, with a specific focus in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technologies as part of the overall US Region Sales Effectiveness roadmap. Part of the US Region Commercial Operations organization, this role will directly report in to the Associate Director, Sales Reporting, Effectiveness & Enablement with a unique focus on sales tools and physician-based Customer Relationship Management (Veeva CRM/Veeva Network).

Job Description

This position will drive sales effectiveness amongst the U.S. Region by enabling our sales organizations to accelerate our overall sales cycle through tools/technology. Specifically, this role will partner with our business unit leadership from Diabetes Care to develop an ongoing platform utilizing Veeva CRM/Veeva Network to enable true Customer Relationship Management.


Development of an overall CRM tool roadmap in partnership with key business unit leadership

User adoption of CRM tools in partnership with US Sales Effectiveness leadership & Business Unit Leadership

Overall tool/system administration and support models, in partnership with US Region business unit, IT organization stakeholders, and Commercial Operations leadership


B.A. or B.S. degree required; M.B.A. preferred

3-5 overall years of experience in commercial/sales roles required

1-2 overall years in technical/system-based roles required

Best-in-Class CRM expertise; Veeva experience or experience preferred

System Integration and Data Management experience preferred

Healthcare industry experience preferred

Sales and Marketing automation

Customer Relationship Management platforms (i.e., Veeva, SAP CRM, etc.)

Relational data/Master Data Management

Data Integration/System Integration

Demonstrated ability to interact with “business”-side stakeholders as well as “technical” stakeholders

Proven ability to develop and execute a long-term portfolio of projects

Demonstrated ability to interact with various levels of leadership and stakeholders (from sales reps to business leadership) on a variety of tasks, from strategic initiatives to tactical/operational activities
