S\/he will develop and configure automation process components to solve complex business problems using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology frameworks. S\/he will also validate the automation by performing the appropriate unit testing and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times.ResponsibilitiesActs as a final verification of the required business functionality and proper functioning of the system.Collaborates with and provides direction to test teams during product test and UAT phases to fully resolve assigned bugs\/issues.Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to translate complex business\/technical problems into technical specifications and quality solutions.Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.Creates product test plans for processes not developed including identification of data sets, systems and environments.Defines more specific development tasks, task dependencies, and provides time estimates to complete work.Determines AI best practices and suggests how to improve current quality processes, standards and practices.DevelopsandconfigurescomplexautomationprocessesusingMachineLearningandArtificialIntelligencetechniques.Ensures documentation for complex automation processes and procedures is well maintained.Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.Maintains knowledge of AI technologies such as expert systems, cognitive architectures, agent-based systems, search algorithms, planning, machine learning, machine vision, or speech recognition.Proactively identifies, recommends, and develops new prototypes to solve complex business problems and enhance the customer experience.Provides status reports and metrics on assigned projects.Provides subject matter expertise and communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, technical leads, and senior management to regularly report on status, issues, and risks.Provides training and test results for business resources involved with user acceptance testing.Works closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Application Developers to understand the functional and technical design(s) needed to meet new and emerging enterprise initiatives.Education4 Year\/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline (Minimum Required)Experience5 - 7 Years experience in application development & software testing directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this position including in-depth knowledge of either Java or C .
