Summary.*

Encourage compliance in Security policies, procedures and standards, and promote the culture to manage risk and treats to the facilities, product, assets, people, brand and information, through Corporate Security Programs fulfilment and Security Culture reinforcement.

Maintain & enhance the Crisis and Risk Management Program, through Risk Assessments, Local Crisis Manual updates support in Worldwide Plants, Crisis Collaboration Sites Management and Crisis Program promotion, tests and trainings; incident response/management, interviews and documentation.

Fulfilment of Global Employee Security Support Program supporting employees through training, home assessments, risk monitoring, transportation/security coordination, emergency contacts management/networking, and proactive recommendations, including agendas, direct support to VIP’s and coordination of logistics and security plans for travel and events.

Fulfilment of Compliance of Government Partnership and Global Supply Chain Protection Programs in facilities, such as C-TPAT, NEEC, Food Defense (SQF) and clients program requirements (Walmart), through internal and external audits, risk assessment process, inspection visits, critical suppliers and vendors investigations.

Monterrey Plant Protection System management (document control, risk mitigation through adecuate use of technology, KPI´S, procedures, formats, manuals) and support in reinforcement of Security Culture through trainings, inductions, communications, bulletins and surveys for personnel, contractors and external stakeholders, including Managers and their families.
